Hello, I’m trying to set up ECG for my forerunner but am stuck at the initial set up stage. I’ve reached the last stage where the watch is asking me to put 2 fingers on the bezel but it doesn’t detect my fingers and doesn’t switch to acquiring signal… anyone with the same issue and can assist?
Just got the watch todAy and am on the latest firmware and have tried resetting, re-pairing, starting a fresh version instead of from backup, but nothing seems to work…
