How to turn off Health Snapshot notification sounds

I've turned off all system sounds, volume, and notification-related volume controls on my watch. However, every time I use Health Snapshot, I still hear the startup and end notification sounds. Is it possible to add a switch so that this function only vibrates, not sounds?

I've noticed the same issue. You can't seem to make adjustments (or create a specific Focus Mode) for that activity like you can for all other activities like running or walking. I usually do the Health Snapshot in the early morning while still laying down in bed. I've woken my wife a few times because it was so loud.
