Suggested improvements to watch software

Hi Garmin Team.

I've been a Garmin user for several years and have just bought a 970.

I have two suggestions for you.

- When training, would it be possible to go back through the different stages of training, especially when you press the go to next stage button by mistake.

- I have glasses that I can't run with. And I'd certainly like to have some of the information enlarged for just a few moments. The idea is to enlarge one of the information sections after a long press n the screen.

    the option to pause or go back in a workout is so far only available in newer Edge bike computers. And this is indeed quite helpful - would be great to add this to the watches as well.

    are you a moderator / from Garmin? Well, the issue is this "share ideas" form seems like a black hole. If there would be some indication, from time to time, that Garmin actually listens, it would be much more motivating to contribute. 

    To be clear: I don't expect personal feedback, but there could be e.g. a status tracker ("under consideration", "in progress"...) to establish a closer connection to the community (us).

    Actually I'm just a Garmin watch owner since 2011.

    Even this doesn't enlist me in the moderator category, I'm pretty fond of Garmin products. 

    This doesn't mean I felt sometimes frustrated for having the perception that the different watches I owned weren't ready to be delivered to the public at launch and I clearly had the feeling sometimes that Garmin used their owners base to beta test their products.

    I think anyway this has been refined during the years even if the watches today are far from being perfect from a software point of view and the official beta programs are a sort of a proof of this. 

    Stating this, it's in my opinion clear that they will not give any feedback, they probably feel they don't need. Sometimes you can find a kind moderator that maybe helps with something or has the care to scale up something serious. 

    I think this is their purpose of the forum. You can see this just looking at how poor it's implemented the user interface (you cannot even search inside one specific forum).

    On the other side I found the watches very useful on countless times

    About the post, I just forwarded an answer someone gave me a while ago for the same problem: I cannot see well the pace indicator while indeed it was perfect on my previous watch...

    You're right they should not only give us a status progress but also a counter in how many people is interested in the idea. It should be a list of ideas with counters and progress...

    Just dreaming...
