Forerunner 970 and hrm 600

Hi.

I’ve just purchased my first Garmin watch and I upgraded the hrm strap from pro plus to the hrm 600.
I wonder what connection I should use, ant+ or Bluetooth secure?
I plan to the Core 2 heat sensor to it with ant+.
And maybe an Apple Watch Ultra 2 as well, but that’s not necessary if it’s complicate things.
I have a polar arm strap I can connect the Apple Watch to.

Bluetooth secure if you want all the new stuff.

It shows: “Connection type Secure(BLE)”

That should be ok now yes?

I also connected the HRM600 to my iPhone, so I have it in my Connect app.
Will I then be able to connect the hrm band to my Apple Watch as well? And take my phone with me for my runs? Or will it then be one connection to many? I think I have read that it’s only 2 Bluetooth connection at the same time?

I presume connect the Core 2 heat sensor with Ant+ will be no problem? Since that’s a different connection type?

And to get ant+ I need to use the open mode

in the HRM600, will I still get the secure features from it? When it says “Connection type Secure(BLE)” on the watch but the HRM600 blinks three times.
