Running Economy with Forerunner 970 & HRM600

I have been using the HRM600 with my Forerunner 970 since 12 June 2025, I have recorded 10 runs using the HRM600, connected via BLE. However, the running economy feature is still not working.

I have searched through the other threads and seen some people have had similar issues, but none of those suggest how to fix this issue. Does anyone know of a fix?

I have been running 90min daily (except Sunday) since i got the 970 (26th June), with HRM600 in BLE mode (blinking twice) and still nothing

Daniel Please make sure you are uisng a secure BLE connection as outlined here. The LED on the HRM will double blink to indicate it is in secure mode.

Any news on a fix? I have the exact same issue. Exact same two devices also. Seems like my Bluetooth is secure, Double green blink. Pls let me know :)

970 + hrm 600 here. mine shows up after nine non consecutive runs. my 970 connects to hrm 600 in open bluetooth mode
