Using ECG app enables "touch/tap to wake" even if touchscreen is globally disabled

I globally disabled gesture and touch on my 970 according to

That basically works until the ECG app is used. After that it is possible to wake the watch by tapping the touchscreen for some reason,. Going back to settings, enable and disable touch again, restores the correct behaviour ... until the next usage of the ECG app.
