Garmin Coach race plans

Does anyone have any positive feedback on the garmin marathon coach plans. So far, they're garbage. Paces all over place, 90% of runs are base runs with an extremly slow pace compared to my actual target marathon race pace. Last minute schedule changed from sprint runs to rest days, or rest day to base run, or long run to recovery run. WTF. All last minute day of changes. Not sure this plan will get me over the finish at/near my goal pace.
