How to delete Apple lossless music files?

I accidentally transferred Apple Lossless music files instead of AAC into my Forerunner 970.

Now I cannot see the files on my Mac Garmin Express to delete them. Instead, it is showing up as 10G of "other" in my storage.

Have you tried to use Android File Transfer App on your Mac and look at the watch drive itself to see if you can find and delete the files there?

I connected it to a Windows computer and all the folders appear empty. Even did a reset to delete all data and music files. Yet that 10Gb seems locked away.
