Couple of weeks ago I have swapped my (not that very) old FR255 with the latest and greatest FR970 and noticed a small problem with countdown beeps between workout stages.
On FR255 beeps happen every second for 5 seconds preceding new workout stage and beeps appear with metronomic precision. On the FR970 this is not the case - sometimes beeps are OK, but sometimes they are "laggy" and randomly misplaced in time. It does not really affect the duration of workout stages, so probably not a big deal really, but sometimes it can be quite disturbing when I am trying to stay focused during workout.
