I did three naps during this week and only detected the first one (before the first firmware update)
Which ones are the conditions for get detected or is it running bad after thw firmware update?
Thanks in advance. Best regards,

This does actually appear to be tracking naps the last couple of days.
I take it back. It only seems to get one in two naps.
I had no false positive issues with other watches like my old pixel watch 3. The tech should definitely be possible to do.
My nap on my fr970 is not being detected. What’s going on with FR 970.
My venu 3 didn't detect a single one in a whole year, so I'm not expecting much different here, TBH....!
I have a 955, it catches one out of every 20 if I am lucky. Definitely not reliable for nap detection. My previous Venu 2 was similar.
Manual nap function has always been flaky and unreliable on my FR970, regardless of firmware rev. (Am writing this while on 16.28.) E.g., I set nap timer, confirm it, it says "enjoy your nap", I take a nap ... and typically: nothing happens. I wake up late and the watch has completely flaked out: no nap event, no alarm after the timer ostensibly ran out. Nothing. It's like it forgot it was in a nap (during my manually started nap). Furthermore, since the supposed nap detection was introduced, no detection ever happens. I meet all the criteria: time after/before sleep, stillness, actually napping (!). Detection has never worked once. When will GARMIN repair this?
