970 Heart Rate Zone displaying

Seems like your watch's touchscreen is experiencing "phantom touches". Normally you would only be taken to that screen from the watchface if you long-press the heart rate data field, but since you're obviously not doing that, the watch may be detecting non-existent touches.

Have you tried turning the watch off and on? Hopefully this will recalibrate your touchscreen.

- Hold the LIGHT button briefly to open the controls menu

- Select the Power Off button and confirm the prompt

- After the watch turns off, hold the LIGHT button for several seconds until it turns on
