Just received the new 970, went through the setup and sync'd it up. The software updated to 6.16, and ever since the screen will only stay on for 3-5 secs, if it comes on at all.
What I have tried:
Multiple hard resets.
Connected to garmin express to see if there were any other updates.
tried turning the screen to always on.
Is there a way to remove the software update to see if there was just a corrupt file during the update?
