FR 970 not found by ConnectIQ

I was not sure if you were going to get the 970..But i guess you could not resist

Try force closing both the Connect and Connect IQ apps and then re-open the Connect one first. Ensure it is connected here, and then open the Connect IQ app. In the Connect IQ app go to device > select the 3 dots in the upper right > Select a device, and see if the 970 is showing as connected.

I have the same problem.

Running

• iOS 18.5
• Latest Garmin Connect and ConnectIQ
• Latest SW on Forerunner 970

I tried

1. Restart iPhone
2. Kill both apps
3. Start Connect
4. Start ConnectIQ

I have my previous Forerunner 235 connected that works. I want to keep it connected.

Is there any logs I can fix for you?

I have the same problem, you may uninstall and reinstall the Connect IQ, then FR970 works.
