I have been experiencing an issue the past fortnight whereby by training status has remained unproductive. I also am missing my Garmin suggested workouts (run). Having a look this morning there are no GSW for the upcoming week!

In early January I had Influenza B which knocked me around but I have been back training for a good 2-3 weeks. For context I typically train 6 days per week (4 cardio and 2 x strength). What am I missing here? I’ve been a user for 8+ years and training has remained similar. is this a fault in the watch / software (I’m running the latest update).
I should also add that yesterday the GSW did work. It suggested a base run for 40 minutes @149bpm. I ran at 12.6-12.8kmph on the treadmill and had an execution score of 58%. Admittedly I had to restart the run which I paused after the treadmill cut out after 30min. The HR also glitched and jumped up very high after this for unknown reason. See photo below
