Double check your always on display settings. Also, your title says during an activity, but the description says not during an activity?
in the description should be read "during an activity" .. sorry.
that was my setting for more than 2 years, and it was always OK.
inactivity : "always on" NOT activated
activity : "always on" activated.
it was never a problem since some days ago.
now it's impossible (or it doesn't work properly : display disappear after 15 seconds) to use "always on" during an activity
Double check your settings. Try a restart. If that doesn't work you might have to do a reset.
The settings have been checked. I'll try restarting, hoping that will help. I'm not really keen on doing a complete reset of the watch. thanx.
Understandable. But you can always restore the old settings. There's an option in the Connect phone app under system -> device backups.

Also please upload photos that show your Always On During Activity setting enabled. This will help us get a full understanding of what you're experiencing.
Hello, I made an Update to the last Firmware version and a restart and the problem is not coming anymore. I hope it stays like this. Thanx
