Since summer 2023 I use my Forerunner 965 together with my Bose QuietComfort Earbuds 2. It always worked. It worked the last time two days ago, on the 27th Dezember 2025. Now, whatever I do, I can't get it working.
The watch shows the green ring saying that the Earbuds are connected. The Earbuds play the "device connected" sound. But then when I try to start the music, the Forerunner 965 says its looking for my Earbuds.
What I tried so far:
- Rebooting the Forerunner (several times)
- Disabling all other Bluetooth Devices in my flat
- Deleting all headphones and then re-pairing the Earbuds (pairing works)
- Setting the Earbuds to pairing mode (several times)
And all combinations of these. I now spent more than two hours. No luck.
