I’m having an issue with my Forerunner 965 where it keeps crashing or freezing during swim workouts. Sometimes it reboots itself, other times I have to manually reboot it. When this happens, the swim doesn’t show on the watch afterward, but it still ends up in Garmin Connect. The distance recorded in Connect is also incorrect.
According to the watch and Connect I’m on the latest software version. I’ve already tried both a soft reset and a full factory reset, but during my swim this morning it froze up and rebooted again.
Has anyone else experienced this with water activities? Any advice on how to fix it would be appreciated.
