I'm sorry to ask such a newbie question (I do not see the search tool on this forum). I just got a Frorunner965 and I would like to visualise my avtivities on my computer but I don not want (actually I can't) install the app on my phone.
What should I do.

Install the garmin express app on your computer and connect your watch via the cable to the computer, you can sync activities and do software updates that way and see your activities on the garmin connect…

It's unclear what they want, but some people don't sync to the cloud but really look at the fit files locally. I've never tried it but there are some programs that can open them and show it's content and graphs.
