Cannot connect to bluetooth

Question

Watch has worked perfectly for the last year. 
 Now for some reason I cannot for the life of me reconnect my watch to the GC app. i have removed bluetooth connection, reset watch to default, signed in and out of the app, plugged the watch into usb and updated it. Alsotried to connect it to another iphone with the garmin app. 
 All to no avail. 
 
 Any help ???!

Please double check that the watch has been removed from Garmin Connect as well as Bluetooth settings. If it is not removed from both then it will give problems with re-pairing. Here is a helpful link on how to remove it: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=8CBmYmJHUr36wvJ6AktXFA 
 If it's removed in both spots, I would recommend plugging the watch into your computer and trying to add the device in Express. If it connects then you will finish pairing in the Connect app. Make sure that the watch is unplugged when you pair again in the app. Here is a download link for Express if you need it:
