Good day I have just noticed a growing white spot on my watch screen how can u assist ?

If it's "similar" it's similar in the way that the user has not much to do with it, as it's a defect. But since 245 has MIP and 965 has AMOLED display, it's hardly caused by a similar issue IMHO…
