FR965 music upload...?

Hello,
I'm having some problems with my FR965. I can't add music from Garmin Express.
When I connect my (old) FR245music, I get that option, but not with my FR965.
I've already reinstalled and used a different cable, but the "music" option isn't available.
What else could be wrong?
YouTube music works (although it sometimes stutters on my headphones).

Sorry, I should've mentioned that you need to completely close Garmin Express, too. (Close the app window, and close the Garmin Express icon in the system tray.)

You can copy music files (like MP3s) directly to the /Music/ folder on your watch using File Explorer in Windows, or OpenMTP on Mac.

I've never used Garmin Express to copy music, so I can't directly help you with that problem.

I can't my watch in the file explorer........

Is there an other way, like a driver, to let it pop in in the file explorer??

(Based on your comment I assume you are on Windows, which means that you do not need any additional software to see your Garmin watch in File Explorer.)
