Hi everyone,
I’m having a critical issue with my Forerunner 965 and wanted to see if others have experienced the same:

The touchscreen is completely unresponsive (no taps, swipes, or gestures).

Buttons work normally.

Touchscreen is enabled in settings.

Sleep mode is off, screen is not locked.

Device is physically intact (no cracks, no water exposure).

Firmware: 25.04 (bundle dfu-aa5416).
-
No new apps or watch faces installed in the last 6 months.
Troubleshooting I already tried:

Multiple soft resets / restarts

Hard reset (holding LIGHT 30–60 seconds)

Full discharge and recharge cycle

Toggling touch input off/on in settings

Testing without screen protector and cleaning the display

Re-adding device in Garmin Express, checking updates
-
Finally, a full factory reset — problem still persists
Despite all this, the touchscreen does not respond anywhere (watch face, menus, activities).
Is this a known issue on 25.04? Could it be firmware-related, or am I looking at a hardware failure (digitizer/controller)?
Any input from Garmin staff or other users would be greatly appreciated.
