Hi all, I am a relatively new user of 965. I switched my heart rate zones from base on maximum heart rate to heart rate reserve a while ago in the Garmin Connect app-user profile. The switch was properly done for both the default heart zones as well as running specific heart rate zones. They are properly shown in the user profile on the watch as well.
However, I just realised the zones was not properly shown in the running activity probably since the beginning (I only realised this when I switched the daily suggested workouts from base on pace to base on heart rate). Majority of my heart rate data during a workout yesterday should be in Zone 2 base on heart rate reserve, while the watch (during workout and after workout) and Garmin Connect app (after workout) still indicated most of my heart rate data in zone 3, which is based on maximum heart rate.
Is there a simple solution for this (I am a bit reluctant to reset the device as I am not sure if this would have an impact on the daily suggested workouts), or is this a glitch in the software? FYI I am using iPhone 13 ios 18.6.2. My 965 software version is 25.04.
update: after manually switching the options back and forth in both the watch and the Garmin connect app, the heart rate reserve zones are finally shown properly during and after my workout today.
