Dear Garmin Dev Support Team,
I am writing to report a critical issue with my Garmin Forerunner 965. After completing a recent run and attempting to save the activity, the watch crashed and rebooted. Upon restarting, the activity was displayed as "invalid" and could not be synchronized with my Garmin Connect account.
I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:

Soft reset of the watch.

Manual deletion of the invalid activity file from the watch via my computer.

Using FitCSVTool to convert the
.fit
file to a.csv
file, and then convert it back to a.fit
file.
While the repaired .fit
file can be successfully imported into my Strava account, it still fails to synchronize or import into Garmin Connect. This suggests the issue may not be with the file itself but with how Garmin Connect's parser is handling the data.
I am using a Garmin Forerunner 965 and the Garmin Connect app on an iPhone.
Could you please investigate this matter? I would appreciate any guidance on how to manually import this activity or if a fix for this issue can be provided. I have attached the original .fit
file and the repaired .fit
file for your review.
