Heart rate and sleep readings failing after update to 24.12

I updated my watch to firmware 24.12 a few days ago and ever since then the heart rate sensor has not been working well. I am unable to get accurate RHR data (it has me in the 20s, whereas before the update I was in the 40s), it has not recorded HRV data either night, and it also has not been able to track my sleep.

have you turned off and on the watch? push light button 15-20 secs until it shutdown wait 30sec and then push again 2sec to reboot

This did it- thank you! I never had to restart after an update so this didn't cross my mind.
