I own a Garmin Forerunner 965, and although it shows the charging icon (lightning bolt) when connected to power, the battery percentage doesn’t increase. I’ve tried cleaning the charging contacts, using different cables and adapters, fully draining the battery to reset it, and even performing a full factory reset—but none of these have fixed the issue.
What could be causing this, and how can I resolve it?
