Permanent pop-up: “4711” sensor uses an open connection

I use the FR965 in competitions. The following phenomenon occurs when running:

My HRM Pro Plus is connected to the watch, yet as soon as a foreign sensor comes near the watch, the message appears that this sensor wants to use an open connection. This pop-up is very annoying and blocks the actual display of my watch every time and does not disappear on its own.

Does anyone have any idea where this problem could be coming from or how I can solve it?

I think I found the answer. It was my Stryd Pod, whose ANT ID was set to "0" in the IQ field. So, the foreign sensors were apparently all Stryd Pods. I also deleted all the sensors and reconnected them…

There used to be a setting if the watch should automatically search for new sensors, but that setting was lost in some update... Fault report it?

Have you reconnected the HRM since they changed the setup for sensors to comply with the latest EU legislation ? I don’t have the issue.

try remove the sensor and reconnect the sensor
