I just got my Garmin Forerunner 965 and started a 9-week Garmin Run Coach plan. I was excited to include the supplemental strength workouts, especially since I’ve had shin splints before and want to prevent them this time.
I found a support article explaining how to add the strength training, but I can’t seem to access it. I already did my first base run, but don’t see the option to add strength. I’ve restarted my plan as well to no avail.
Has anyone been able to get this working? I thought the 965 supported it. Thanks!
