Garmin refunded me for my Forerunner 165 that would not charge correctly as the charge was intermittent. I rejected their offer of a refurbished/used replacement for a new watch. I bought a replacement and this does exactly the same. This must be a known issue so why are Garmin still shipping watches with this fault!
More recently, my watch is stuck in battery save mode and I cannot turn it off. Battery is full, power resets do not help.
