965 Cadence drops by half which causing the loss of running power and stride error. Current software version: 23.20

Need help, cadence drops by half causing the loss of running power and stride error. This have been happened since april 22nd until now.

Is this a bug on this software version?

I didn't use any external accessories, only my 965 watch.

I have the same problem on Forerunner 255, it also started on 23.20 update, every run is different, sometimes in the second half, sometimes in the first half of my run.
