Watch is locked and can’t reset passcode in Garmin Connect

Hello, I recently set up a passcode for my Forerunner 965 and locked myself out while the watch was wet.

- states that the Garmin Connect app should offer a banner to reset my passcode, however no banner appears anywhere in the app that I can find while my watch is connected and synched to it. 

Is this a software glitch of the app or am I missing something? Thank you!!
