Forerunner 96: When the watch is on standby, the screen remains bright

Hi,

When my watch is on standby, the screen remains bright. It's clearly visible in the dark (and a bit disturbing for sleeping.)

Have you ever seen this issue ? Thanks

Same, always on is off. Brightness at minimum. And raise to wake or touch. I have called customer service, hé tell me that hé has no idea what's going on... I'll try a reset tonight…

I've seen some posts here and there about this... Does it go away if you disable the touch screen?

What are your settings? I have Always On Display off and use raise to wake and have no issue. its pitch black when down.

Checked mine overnight and in the settings I have its completely off in Sleep mode unless I touch as button (as I have touch off in sleep mode also)

Customer support Just tell me that it s not normal, to reset the watch and stop the conversation... No help at all.

I don't know if it's "normal", my watch does not behave like that, but others are seeing the same thing:
