Écran lumineux alors que la montre est en veille

Mais que veut dire "sav" ? Pourquoi ne pas écrire le nom exact du sujet, au lieu d'utiliser ces acronymes haineux ?

Bonjour, sav = service après vente  (on doit être sur un problème de traduction ? Car il n'y a rien de haineux)
