i turn on the hr chest sensor and a window appears on the watch saying that the sensor has been connected, but if i take off the watch and look at the optical sensor, i see that the green light is still working, which means that even though it has told me that the external sensor is connected, it is reading the data from the optical sensor on the wrist. i have been having this problem for a long time, and what i do is disable the optical sensor before each activity, but it doesn't seem fair to me to have paid so much money for this watch and have to do that every day. has anyone had this problem and fixed it?
