Is anyone else reciving false reports of achieving floor climbing goals? I keep receiving notifications that in 5x...10x...etc beyond my goal
I went on an easy/z2 5.5 mile run today and my watch reported my performance condition as -8 (the lowest I've seen) when I had a rest day the day before; 89 sleep score; and high training readiness.
Also, when I take my cool-down heat rate the reported # isn't accurate.
