For the past two weeks, I've been having issues where my screen will not be responsive or will not turn on. It will show as synced and I will even feel the vibrations for messages, but nothing will turn the screen on at all.
I can reboot the watch and that will sometimes fix it for a period of time, but usually it will go dark and become unresponsive again.
I have already tried a factory reset, but the problems came back shortly after. I recently even upgraded the firmware to beta just to see if that would fix anything, but still no luck. On version 23.13 currently.
Garmin support only offered replacement, no other recommendations other than factory reset that I had already done.
