Swipe left / right not working

Hi All,

From a FR255, I just switched to FR965.

Very happy with the upgrade, but I have a question. The swipe left or right function doesn't work for me (to return to the previous screen). I can swipe left or right, when there are multiple data screens (for example by the race predictor), but I cannot get back to the previous screen by swiping, only with the back button.

Do I need to enable it somewhere?

I just tested mine and it works fine as you describe , If i go into a widget page then swipe from left to right it takes me back.

AFAIK I didn't do anything to enable that.

Try these things:

I would toggle touch on and off.

Do a soft reset (hold in light button until watch shuts down fully , then restart it)

Failing that run the software install (settings > About . Press light button 8 times , reinstall software.)
