Help! Watch reboots on map every time - tried full reset

if I try to do anything with the map screen, usually it’s when I zoom in, the watch reboots.

This started happening about a week ago.

when it restarts the run isn’t lost I can just choose to resume it, but the same thing will happen again if I do anything on the map.

I’ve done a soft reset, and also a full reset, wiping everything from the system menu.

I’ve got a long run coming up on Sunday in a totally new location and I’m also scouting it out for a club run, so I really want it to be working by then.

    Did you try the "REINSTALL SOFTWARE"

    First check SW version on watch - settings/sistem/about - the latest version is 22.24... if you dont have latest version, update to the latest SW version.

    To be on the safe side, make a full backup of the watch and all data - settings/sistem/backup of the watch

    Then do a "Reinstall Software" - settings/sistem/about/ press 8 times Light button/ chose "reinstal software"

    On the last 2 updates after I updated my watch, I made a "Reinstall Software" and my FR965 is very responsive and it works very good ( all measurements from sensors is very good)....
