I can reproduce this scenario:
- start bike activity
- pause bike activity - resume later
- hold middle left button
- change sport
- select walk
- screen with resume, save and so an appers
- resume
- start button for start walking doesn´t react
- return
- start bike activity - walk starts
to correct this is a new start of watch necesary.
