Just downloaded it today and went for my first run and after the 3rd of 4 interval runs in heart rate zone 4 it went as normal to the 1.5min cooldown then back to the 4th and final interval run of heart rate zone 4 and I noticed the HR reading was still in Z4 where normally it drops to Z2/3 during the rest period.
So I started walking and after 1.5min it just instantly dropped to low 120's and I had to sprint to get it back to Z4, missing over half the 4min interval.
On the walk home the HR was abnormally high (150+) and it would not drop. Same when at home and rested. I restarted the device and it showed my normal/expected rest heart rate again.
Never had this before this update.
screen was locked up after update.
Now brightess is dull, but have setting set to high.
Explain yourself better
Don’t know if it is a bug but my hrv values are sky rocketing high. At least 25-35 points higher then my normal range
HRV looks OK for me, but training load and training effect are way off. Too low for aerobic easy runs and too high for threshold and interval runs.
I am a beta tester and what frustrates me is that these issues have been there in all versions of the beta SW and are now being pushed out to all user without a proper fix.
I have reached a point where I will abandon Garmin if there is no recognition of that "22" SW has serious problems and some action plan.
I will be going on a trip for two weeks and plan to purchase a Suunto Race S when I get back. One lost sale of the upcoming 975 model for Garmin.
That's why I no longer participate in the beta program, but probably once a good watch will pop up in the market I'll leave Garmin too.
Had changed the running target type from HR to pace, and on a base run I got no update on performance condition or vo2, avg HR was 117. There was no usual performance condition update after the first 6-7 minutes of the run as usual, and the VO2 last update is still from the previous run two day ago.
