If you dont want to lose your customers and give yourself bad advertisement, publicity, reputation... please do it back your watches reliable, accurate, responsive...

I add to this post. I spent 500€ on a Forerunner 965 hoping for a top watch, but after 3 months of use I am disappointed. I don't know if I would recommend this product to my friends.
