Default watch face on 965. At the 12 o'clock position, there is a running man (in a circle). I looked through the manual, but still cannot figure out what it means.

If you've done a running activity recently then pressing it takes to the last running activity.
You can customise the watchface…
Maybe use another data field so you don't see so many 0's
