Heart rate - exact on HR wrist and on an arm band.

Hello. After 4 runs and analise it on fit filer viewer I see that the HR is exactly the same on HR from the wrist and from a Coospo HW9 arm band. Is this right?

  • If they are pretty much the same- within a beat or two, then yeah, that’s right.  That means you’re one of those lucky people that the wrist heart rate works for.  You and DCRainmaker.  If they are exactly the same, then that’s suspect as to where the data is actually coming from.  The 965 has a new mode where it decides itself where the best data is coming from, either the wrist or the external sensor, and just records that on the watch.

  • Gone tried with an cheast strap...

  • Doesnt work like that, the watch always will choose priority in external HRM, but if this fails "out battery, bad connection", then the wrist HRM stills enabled, so will still getting data from it.

  • You are right. Happend me last week during a workout. Aparart from that the "graph" is exact the same.
