How to avoid Triangle of death

Until now I am not affected by the triangle of death. But I am really afraid to start a GPS activity.

Is there anything I can do to avoid the bug? E.g. delete the corrupted file manually?

If you’ve synced with Garmin Connect app, which I imagine you have, then you shouldn’t encounter the problem.

But only till Garmin deployed broken files to thousands of devices again. There is no quality control, hence it's a question of time only if it happens next time.

I had no problems. Everything worked fine.
