Currently I have the 19.18 software vestion. The watch tells me that there is a new software to update, version 21.22. It downloads, restarts the watch to install it, but after I look in settings and the version is still 19.18.

did you try using Garmin Express ?
I was unaware of this program. I have connected it and I have been able to update it. Thank you very much
Hi, same issue here. I don’t understsnd why we need to use an USB to update from 19.18 go 21.22, if the Update is ready to download, but is “restarting” for 15 min, then turns on and everything is the…
