I have had my 965 for over 15 months and always been able to pair to a new phone, until now.
However, I just changed my Android phone, installed Connect and on the 965 selected pair phone. Usually this would show option to forget existing paired phone & once done to pair a new phone.
Not anymore.
Selecting pair phone shows a qr code that takes you to the Connect finding device page. It doesn't find the 965 and I manually select 965. Connect goes to setup page waiting for the watch.
Unfortunately the watch appears to be stuck on the QR code. I have not found a way to dismiss it.
So the setup fails.
The help does not mention a QR code, so is no help at all.
The 965 had the latest firmware installed a couple of days ago.
The last time I paired a phone was in mid October 2024 and this used the unpair, pair with code and worked as expected with no issues
Does anybody know how to pair a new phone when the watch shows QR code?
