I created a Garmin Coach plan based on a specific event so i get DSW for the whole week.
To start with i don't already like that I have to select 5 training days which is way too much.
Anyway yesterday it started with a Treshold run for 15 minutes at 178 bpm, which was already way too hard for me. I had to stop several times. But ok, maybe the watch will adjust the next workouts to it. So in the evening i saw it suggested a base run for 30 minutes for the next game. Looks fine to me.
But now in the morning when I woke up it first adjusted the workout to a 36 minute base run and 10 minutes later it changed again to a Treshold run for 16 minutes at 178 bpm, which makes no sense at all to me.
Apparently it doesn't look at the previous workouts at all. And my body battery and training readiness was around 70 and I didn't feel recovered at all. So why does it suggest the exact same workout again which was very intense the day before already?
And whats the point in seeing the week ahead if it changes the suggested workouts everyday, even on the same day?
