DSW - only running

Hey,

I am trying to get the DSW for biking work. I did some trainings with my turbo trainer and my Edge 840 is giving me DSW for biking but my Forerunner 965 is only showing running training.

I tried turning of the running DSW but it seems to be turning of every DSW then.

Can someone help?

Cycling: Complete several cycling activities with a power meter and heart rate in order to generate a cycling VO2 Max estimate. Once you establish a Training Status through this method you will receive Daily Suggested Cycling Workouts.

- i did that and for the edge840 it is working but for the forerunner i only get running trainings sugested

Have you confirmed you have it enabled for cycling?

did you complete 2 cycling activities in a one week period?

- yes i also tried to turn it off and on and change the goal of the training from heart rate to power and back

- yes i recorded 2 activites via my edge 840 with the trainer connected.

One thing i can try is to record the acitivities with my watch but i would have hoped that if i record it with the edge840 it would also sync to the 965 and show me DSW there

I would contact Garmin support. I have them enabled and they are working on my device.
