Firmware update 20.20 or 20.19 has stopped the 'workout" option being available in the activities "Kayak", "Row" and "SUP" (there maybe more)

Garmin-Sierra it has been a month since Garmin removed the workout option from several sports, when will this be fixed?

I reported this 20 days ago, I have had no contact from Garmin since then.

The workarounds I have tried all result in other metrics being skewed, for example, every paddle stroke in a SUP workout counts as a 'step' and training load metrics are now meaningless.

Yes sure - ping me on email. losing this feature is a real pain - no workouts are possible.

I got a call back from Garmin support but it was just an automated system that simple put me in a phone queue and no one answered. Just want to know when this feature (workouts) will be available again on my watch.

When will the training workout feature in 'kayak', 'SUP' and ' ROW' activities be reinstated please? Will this be included in the next firmware update? It's amazing that this key training aid has been removed.
