Can't activate "bip" for notifications

My wife has a FR965, I have FR955.

On my watch I have vibration and bip on oncoming notifications, on her 965 it is impossible to activate the "bip", I switch the toggle to "ON", but when I check it it is gone back to off.

I can hear the bip at the start of an activity.

Why?

This has been fixed in software version 22.22 which is currently live. If your setting is still not saving, please either contact Product Support or create a new thread. Thank you!

We are aware of this disruption where the Tone setting is not saved when enabled. I am very sorry for the inconvenience! I will update this thread when I have any updates. Please vote UP on this reply…

This is a major problem for me. I don't get notifications for apps, text messages or calls. I've gone from a 600 euro watch to a stupid watch due to a software bug. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you.

Yes, you're right. But I need to hear the beep. That's what I bought the watch for.
